Welcome to Pivot (”we,” ”our,” ”us”), the personal networking app. By accessing or using the Pivot mobile application (the ”App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (”Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

6. Third-Party Logos and Images

Users may have the ability to upload logos or images representing third-party entities, such as companies, schools, or organizations. By uploading such content, you confirm that you have the legal right or authorization to do so.
You agree not to upload any trademarked, copyrighted, or proprietary logos or imagery unless you are authorized by the rights holder or your use qualifies under applicable laws such as fair use. We do not claim any ownership or affiliation with the entities represented by these logos, and such uploads do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those entities.
If you represent a company or organization and would like your logo updated or removed, please contact us at the address listed below. We will promptly comply with any legitimate request regarding intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete any copies of the App from your devices.
